My teaching philosophy…
Earth science is an inherently practical discipline where theory should seldom be separated from practical work. This, together with scientific curiosity and imagination, are the fuel which drives my teaching in geoscience. These two philosophies run throughout my undergraduate teaching curricula and strongly influence my outlook on graduate supervision.
